On the nose this wine shows the typical warm spice characters of Shiraz, with a lovely complexity of berry fruits on the palate. Superbly balanced and long with an almost European elegance which results from the relatively cool site of the vineyards.

    Very smooth, but with refreshing acidity. Worth paying £20 a bottle for, the 2007 Kangarilla Road is the best shiraz I have tasted this year.
