Origin
Zeltingen is a village just downstream from Graach and Bernkastel and is the Mosel's biggest wine commune. Several vines are still ungrafted here due to the high slate content in the soil, and usually produces lighter styles of Riesling.
Taste
This medium-dry Riesling has benefited from some bottle age and is starting to develop a wonderful mineral-rich character to complement the floral and citrus fruits. The finish is light and refreshing.
Enjoy
Superb with crab, mussels and Waldorf salad, drink over the next 3-5 years.
