This Touraine Sauvignon heralds from the east of the Touraine region, and is a less expensive alternative to some of the Loire's more prestigious appellations, such as Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre.
Taste
Crisp and immensely zesty, this Touraine has all the traits of a classic Loire white, with green apple fruit, gooseberry and a whiff of slate on the nose.
Enjoy
Enjoy with shellfish such as mussels or oysters, or as an apéritif.
