The Fouassier family have been viticulteurs for ten generations, with knowledge and experience being handed down from one generation to another. Owning 53 hectares mainly around Sancerre, the chalky soil really expresses itself in this wine.
Taste
Fruity and zesty with superb minerality and floral notes this wine has clean citrus flavours coupled with hints of lemongrass.
Enjoy
Serve cool but not too cold, this will be excellent with fish, seafood, light meats or on its own.
