Origin
This Domaine only began commercial production in 1967, although it had been owned for 6 generations by the same family of winemakers. Now headed by 7th generation winemaker Christophe Thibert and his sister, Sandrine, who have produced estate-bottled wines since 1991.
Taste
A fruit-driven white Burgundy, with an emphasis on crisp citrus flavours, and a touch of minerality. Only 10% of the blend is matured in oak, adding a subtle hint of extra complexity and texture.
Enjoy
At its best with delicate white fish dishes, such as poached salmon or baked cod.

    Good value

    WE constantly search for white Burgundies that we can afford in our straightened circumstances and we consider this one is OK sand probably deserves 4 stars at the current price.
