Origin
This award winning wine is a classic Hunter Valley Semillon. Semillon is an easy to cultivate grape variety and has the potential to age very well. It is often blended with Sauvignon and less often on its own.
Taste
Citrus fruit flavours on the nose and on the tightly structured palate, which goes on and on. It is beginning to display toasty bottle aged complexity.
Enjoy
Try with shellfish or seafood salad.
