Origin
Santa Rita was established in 1814 and have been producing excellent wines since. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon come from 20 year-old vines in the Maipo Valley, just south of Santiago. Matured for 8 months in American oak, this is a big and juicy offering.
Taste
Aromas of ripe black fruit, herbs and vanilla hints, a rich palate of juicy blackcurrants and plums gracefully combined with vanilla, cloves fragrant spices, balanced structure and a smooth finish.
Enjoy
Ideal with roast topside of beef on a bed of roast root vegetables, rosemary and thyme.
