Origin
A special parcel of nicely mature dry Riesling, from a vineyard on the north-facing slopes of the Eden Valley. This wine is made from only the free-run juice from the initial grape crushing, resulting in a lighter style of Riesling, with an emphasis on fruit flavours.
Taste
A golden wine with an intense nose of lime leaf, lemon jelly and subtle honeyed hints from its sojourn in bottle. Ripe citrus palate fruit is supported by a slatey minerality and grip.
Enjoy
Chill well, allow any tartrate crystals to settle before pouring, and drink with a creamy seafood bake.
