Grape

Sauvignon Blanc

Origin
The name derived from the Xhosa word meaning 'king'. Grapes are grown in the Groenekloof region, near Darling and are sourced from a single vineyard block and then fermented in stainless steel.
Taste
Bone dry, ripe gooseberry flavours balanced by aromas of lime and grapefruit, subtle minerality and flinty characters.
Enjoy
This fresh and elegant wine would be perfect as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to roast sea bass with caper berries.
