Origin
The relatively young vineyard district of Leyda is making a name for itself as a great terroir for white wines, as its proximity to the ocean (Costero's vineyards are only around 14 km inland) provides the excellent temperature moderation essential for freshness of fruit.
Taste
Elegant and mineral tinged, with the intense gooseberry and nettle aromas delivered with remarkable restraint for a Chilean Sauvignon. Pleasantly complex, with citrus flavous accented by herb notes.
Enjoy
A natural partner for fresh fish of all kinds.

    A refreshing difference

    A refreshing change from the NZ SBs, and refreshing in taste too with strong grapefruit flavours. However, as nice a change as it is is't not good enough to keep you away from the NS SBs for long...
