The Waimea terroir and typical high sunshine have been captured in the production of this wine resulting in a ripe, concentrated style balanced by a clean, mineral structure. Aromas of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit are complemented by delicate floral notes and mineral characters. The elegant, crisp palate will provide the ideal accompaniment to all kinds of seafood, particularly oysters.

This is a poor NZ SB. There are much better on this site.

This wine tastes overwhelmingly of elderflower with backnotes of elderflower and overtones of elderflower. If we had wanted something this elderflowery we would have gone for a bottle of elderflower cordial. It's not for us.

A really nice SB. Friuty, full of citrus flavours and great with shellfish. Would buy it again and again.
