Origin
Vouvray is the most important white wine appellation in the Touraine district. Since 1921 the Bourillon-Dorléans family have dedicated themselves to producing traditional, characteristic Vouvray wines which are still matured in the 15th Century troglodyte caves.
Taste
A delicate and complex wine with subtle aromas of white blossom, acacia and minerals, balanced by flavours of pears and quince on the palate.
Enjoy
The richness of flavours are offset by a crisp acidity, giving a clean and refreshing finish. Serve with oily fish or roast chicken.
