Origin
The little-known Raboso grape is essentially the sister grape of the white Prosecco, and is here used to make a similarly delicate sparkling wine. Grapes have been picked from the vineyard areas around the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Taste
An elegant and intense bouquet, dry and soft and with fresh peach and red berry flavours on the palate and a round and full-bodied structure.
Enjoy
Great served on a warm summer's day as an apéritif prior to a barbecue.

    Enjoyable pink sparkler

    Enjoyable low acidity pink sparkly with hint of sweetness. Excellent value when reduced to under £7.

    Easy drinking, every day sparkler

    A decent sparkling rose at a decent price. From the first mouthful it's quaffable. Even better with a few strawberries in it.

    Fun Bubbles

    I served this to clients at our last opening (a Sunday afternoon) and they loved it. Fresh, easy to drink. Maybe too easy! Now on repeat order for future events.

    Perfect Perky Pink

    Perfect for picnics, barbecues, summer evenings in the garden, winter evenings in front of the fire, any time you're feeling happy, or would just like to feel happy. Looks pink, smells pink, tastes, well, pink - like fizzy strawberries. And a brilliant bargain to boot.
