Robert Mondavi created the first Fumé Blanc in 1966 - a crisp, barrel-aged wine that captured the vibrant character of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Over the years, the viticulture and wine making techniques have continued to be finely tuned creating the best yet. Displaying bright citrus, pineapple, lemon grass, floral and mineral notes.

Good drinking!

This is a lovely wine with a complexity over and above everyday drinking 'plonk'. The oak is held in abeyance such that it doesn't choke the other flavours. Well worth a bottle or two!
