Fine wine from Chile
A 'boutique' estate, some say, but this relatively new producer makes some of Chile's best wine.
This is a cl<em class='sw'>ass</em>ic Chilean syrah: elegant and rich, with a spicy and chocolately nose, somewhat restrained on the palate and a little closed at the moment, but the wine needs a bit longer.
This wine is difficult to criticise, especially at this price. Remember, this is not generic, 'varietal' New World syrah - this is top drawer, fine wine.
