Drier and more focused than some Pinot Blancs you may have tried previously, this wine offers a blend of citrus and tropical stone fruit aromatics, supported by crisp acidity and minerality on the palate.

De Bortoli Windy Peak Pinot Noir 2010 Victoria

A medium-dense red colour with youthful hints of purple. Aromas are predominantly of red cherry, strawberry and redcurrant, which carries through onto the palate, finishing with a hint of spice.

Anakena Indo Sauvignon Blanc 2010/2011 San Antonio Valley

Pale lemon green in colour, with a nose of lime zest, asparagus and nettle. The flavours are predominantly citrus, with savoury, leafy notes and an almost saline minerality on the finish.

Rudd Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Napa Valley

Full-bodied with a sumptuous mouthfeel as well as ripe, noble tannins, this gorgeous red can be drunk now or cellared for two decades or more. 95 points. Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate.
