Origin
The legend of the Devil living in the cellar was started in 1891 to keep thieves away from Don Melchor's best wines, survives in the name Casillero del Diablo. Benchland and riverbench soils grown grapes were fermented in stainless steel and aged for 4-6 months sur lies.
Taste
Flaxen gold in colour showing notes of elderflower and ripe citrus fruits. Elegant and well rounded on the palate, balanced by crisp lemon and gooseberry flavours and refreshing acidity.

Enjoy over the next eighteen months as an apéritif or with fresh seafood.
