Made by the same method as Champagne, but from native Spanish grape varieties, Cava is high quality sparkling wine. Cordon Negro is the most popular wine from Freixenet, one of Spain's leading producers of sparkling wine.
Taste
Extremely fresh, smooth and very dry. Medium-bodied with apple, pear and citrus flavours, well balanced with a crisp and clean finish.
Enjoy
