Langoa-Barton is a firm favourite among UK consumers, owing to the very realistic pricing of its owner Anthony Barton and because the quality is always so high. A full-bodied wine, this is classic St-Julién - rich, complex and densely-fruity, with a complex finish. Although beginning to open now, this could equally be cellared for many years.
