This is rich effort from Marqués de Cáceres, this Viura-dominated blend has a dash of Malvasia added and is aged on lees before maturation in new barrels. As soon as the oak integrates to a certain level the wine is removed as over-dominating oak is not desired.
Taste
Soft citrus fruit and pear flavours mingle with the richer oak characters of spicy toastiness and a buttery character.
