Very good staple

Reliable, versatile Rioja. You won't be amazed by it, but you can feel confident that it won't let you down. Like many Rioja's it's as good if not better the following day. The tannins are soft enough not to require food.

at the offer price this is a good , everyday rioja .not so good at full price . try with a chunk of rich fruit cake ! delish , i kid you not.

Great value wine

Couldn't disagree more with some of these comments. This wine at £5.99 is excellent value. Needs opened for a couple of hours prior to drinking for full flavours to come through.
