A bright, zesty and complex Sauvignon from this renowned producer has gained additional flavour characters from partial ageing in oak barrels. The result is a herbaceous, smoky white with rich tropical fruit characters and carefully balanced acidity. A perfect partner to seafood and white fish dishes but would also be fantastic with soft cheeses and fruit desserts.
