Made with the traditional varieties of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache it is the care with which the grapes are grown and vinified which makes this rosé special. Hand picked and sorted for quality they are softly pressed, fermeted unter temperature control and then aged in oak for 6 to 8 months. A perfect match to spicy fish and fowl dishes, especially fine Thai food.

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London.
