This wine is made by Brian Croser of Petaluma fame from the celebrated Tiers vineyard in Picadilly, Adelaide Hills. Made with incredible attention to detail and following many Burgundian principles this is a superb bottle of Chardonnay that could easily be mistaken for a poremier cru from the Côte d'Or. With a nose of white peach, oatmeal and anise the palate has a satin like texture with real grip, ripeness and complexity. A real food wine it will continue to evolve in the bottle and should be drunk over the next 4 years or so. Majesti has managed to attain half of the entire UK allocation of this wine.
