St Hallett makes wines which are recognised around the world as benchmarks of the Barossa region. Deep ruby red, the nose exhibits rich plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit characteristics with violet and minty notes. Complex with well integrated soft tannins and a hint of savoury, blackcurrant and cassis. Great with roast beef and hearty stews. Will age well over 5-10 years, but very approachable for drinking now.
