Ripe plum and black cherry flavours on the nose and palate. Spice and a touch of chocolate are superbly balanced by a refreshing fruit acidity. Aged in a combination of new and old French oak barrels, the wood tannins are beautifully soft, giving a velvet texture to the wine, making it the ideal partner to roast lamb. Will age for at least six years.
