My Sir Lancelot
Consistently good over the years, and if anything a little dryer than last vintage. More complicated, deeper and darker than your average Gavi, Boo-boo but the floral hit balances out the herby smokiness.
Lasts perfectly into second day, when the floral note has become more prononced (lovely) with the airing.
