decent wine, good value not for keeping
Easy to go overboard when drinking a decent quaffable Pinot Noir. Burgund it ain't, but a fine Summer red it certainly is even if Summer is currently alien to Britain! Better in the short term than slightly more expensive wines from Chile or elsewhere south of the equator it is! I'd have expected this quality to retail around £7 a bottle - but the nose and mouth suggests it will not get better and is likely to be less attractive before Christmas. Before then enjoy, it is excellent quality at the price.
