The name of this cuvée, 'Les Cinq Climats', is due to it coming from vines on several different parcels planted on the five different types of terroir found in the appellation. This fresh, early drinking wine is pure Cabernet Franc fruit picked at full maturity displaying raspberry and violet characters. Perhaps best served very lightly chilled, this is a great all-round red to go with everything from grilled tuna steaks to roast lamb.
