Ségla is the second wine of the famous Château Rauzan-Ségla. It is a wine with excellent concentration and poise. A great example of good value Margaux drinking well now.

Château De Sales 2006 Pomerol

Offering excellent value, this soft-edged wine has plump plum and damson fruit on the palate, and a lightly violet and mineral scented nose. beginning to drink very well now.

Les Tourelles de Longueville 2007 Pauillac

Whilst this wine may not be available from the Fine Wine Centre please check with your local store for availability. The wine is currently built around the plot of Sainte Anne, planted with a majority of Merlot. A deep, purple colour with an enticing nose of strawberry, blackcurrant and fresh roses. Silky tannins give a more 'ready-to-drink' style, packed with toasty vanilla notes and an unmistakable elegance.

Château Les Ormes de Pez 1995 St-Estèphe, Cru Bourgeois

A complex nose of spicy black fruit, pencil lead and black truffle. On the palate there is a rich core of dark fruit with a lovely integration of tannin, acidity and wood. Fully mature and therefore drinking well now. Decant before serving.

Château Nairac 2001 Barsac

"An evolved style, with a moderate amber color as well as good acidity, it is powerful and rich although somewhat disjointed. Notes of creme brulee, honeyed pineapple, sweet peaches and other tropical fruits emerge from this big 2001". Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate (2004).

Château du Tertre 2005 Margaux

Showing soft, fresh fruit aromas of blackcurrant and cherries on the nose joined by subtle hints of oak on the smooth-textured palate, this is a medium-bodied wine, with soft, velvety tannins. Ideal for drinking now with traditional dishes such as roast lamb.
