Origin
Premières Côtes de Blaye lies on the right bank of the Gironde, directly opposite the vineyards of Médoc on the left bank. The wines of Blaye were exported long before the Médoc was planted and it is, today, an excellent source of good value reds.
Taste
This offering has a complex nose of black fruit, cassis and graphite and shows real depth of flavour on the palate. It is full bodied with good tannins and a velvety finish.
Enjoy
A great food wine, capable of matching most meat and poultry dishes.
