Elegantly structured claret, with aromas of pencil lead and sandalwood, and a bramble backbone. A good level of ripeness, medium body, and tannins of a firm, taut character.
Produced from young vines of second growth Leoville-Poyferre Pavillon, this has all the character and polish of the Grand Vin but does not require the patience.
A medium-weight, well structured claret, with a dark purple blackcurrant backbone, accented by notes of roasted herbs on the nose. Good fruit concentration and sweetly defined tannins.
