Origin
Sloping over two rolling hills southwest of the town of Eguisheim, the Eichberg vineyard has the lowest rainfaill in the Colmar district. Wines have been produced on Eichberg's Marl and tertiary conglomerate soil since the thirteenth century.
Taste
A bouquet of floral aromas, mixed with nuances of citrus and exotic fruits. A medium to full body with the fruit filling mid-palate and a long finish with minerality, intensity coupled with racy acidity.
Enjoy
A wine that will last for up to ten years, but is eminently drinkable now. The can be enjoyed on its own or with seafood.
