High up in the hills of the Saint Chinian appellation, Château Cazal Viel has been in the Miquel family since the French revolution (1789). Brilliant gold in colour, the aromatic nose shows lemon and floral overtones. Fresh grapefruit and citrus on the palate is complimented by mineral notes.
