Made only very rarely in perfect years, at only 2.9% alcohol this barely counts as wine, but is a fabulous, sweet, complex drink of huge weight and complexity. Owing to its concentration it took an amazing 6 years to ferment, and only 1200 bottles were produced (with less than 100 available in the UK).

• Feel free to mix Fine Wines with “regular” wines to make up your order of 12 bottles (or more!) in total. However, at least 6 bottles must be Fine Wine products, because Fine Wines require special distribution from our temperature-controlled Fine Wine Centre in London.
