    Cooking wine

Bland disappointment, substantially lacking. Put to use as cooking wine and quickly opened another bottle for guests. One to avoid

    Not bad for the price

Well Dr Fabio, I don't think it's anything like as bad as you make it sound. No, it's not the finest Pinot Noir available, but at the price, it's pretty fair and definitely quite drinkable for day to day sipping. Yes, there's a bit of pepper there, and I would have liked more cherry and strawberry, but it's definitely worth more than one star.....

Surprising - but not in a pleasant way!

Didn't like this one. I expect a pinot noir to be soft and smooth and juicy, but we found this one to be quite strong and peppery. If I hadn't known better I would have assumed it was a shiraz - and not a tasty one at that. Not sure if it was a particularly strong wine but it left us both with a headache. Not drinkable at all (for us, anyway).
