I am not a great fan of new world viogniers but this one bucks the trend. Rich nut dry with a white peach and whitecurrent tones followed by fennel! I drank nearly a whole bottle on my own as it is so moreish. Great with Seabass baked on fennel or an asparagus risotto.

I'm from New Zealand and I love this varietal. I swear I could have been drinking one of NZ's best viogniers - and it was just brilliant with my lemon and asparagus risotto. Buy as much as you can - it is a great deal!
