Showing lively, black cherry, liquorice and cassis fruit characters, balanced by subtle cinnamon, spice and cedar notes. With a strong palate and fine, long tannins and clean, crisp finish, it is a perfect partner to classic roast beef with all the trimmings. Bottle aged pre-release, the wine can be enjoyed now or cellared successfully until 2012.
