Grape

Riesling

Origin
Riesling is one of the most fashionable varieties currently being grown in Australia, with many different regional styles. Despite the hot climate, Peter Lehmann has made a crisp and refreshing Riesling from Barossa thanks to a careful winemaking approach.
Taste
Delightful citrus and stone fruit notes abound on the palate and the finish is remarkably taught. A mouth-watering acidity and limestone minerality leave the mouth feeling revitalised.
Enjoy
The superbly crisp finish makes this the perfect match for oily fish and shellfish, with the acidity really cutting through.

Great value, good w spiced food

Enjoyed several bottles on a NYE dinner with friends, with a thai chicken green curry , and it worked a treat. Deliciously dry but clean and full of flavour. Great value

    Good value for money

Dry as a bone, but not lacking fruit. Less floral than some rieslings, but I prefer this drier style. Delicious; will have to get some more

    very dry

this is a very dry wine not like german rieslings which are sweeter. Need a cou[ple of mouthfulls to get the real flavour nice with fish or spicd foods.

    delicious and moreish

lip-smackingly dry, crisp, minerally, fruity, and with that unique Riesling niff that sets it apart from others. Great depth of flavour and only 11% ABV

    superb

Really attractive young reisling with great potential for ageing.already hints of petrol plus subtle citrus make this a bargain.not sure other reviewers had same wine as me.

    Great label - Poor flavour

Not as bad as the Hardy's Nottage Hill Riesling 2009, but not a great example of a Riesling. Thin - no depth, lack of a finish, and very weak citrus.
