    A Malbec Marvel!

This inexpensive little number assaults your sense of smell with a strong fruity aroma as soon as the bottle is opened. A lovely dark colour with an interesting flavour which is good to be served on it's own - but better still, with a meaty dinner which has it's own full flavour. Yum - another glass please!

    Excellent

Lovely firm body. Best with red meat, but also good with other dishes, or on its own. Excellent at the price

    My 'house' wine

This is the wine that I keep a decent stock of and bring out whenever I want something that I know to be reliable and delicious. It is fantastic value at £7 and everybody who drinks it always has something positive to say about it. For me, Argentian malbec is really good and this is the best value one I have found. Quite raisiny, I agree, and full of character. Just very drinkable and you can't go wrong.

A wine with room to grow

Whilst I agree with the description above, I think that kept in decent conditions, this wine could still have room to grow in stature. I drunk one of the 12 I have today and enjoyed it greatly. The other 11 will be kept a year or more in my cellar.

    Well received party wine!

I bought a load of this for a party and everyone was very complimentary, so this is the collective opinion. Excellent value... It will be our house red for a while as I ordered too much but that will be a pleasure!!
