From the 'heel' of Italy, the Puglia region, bordering the Adriatic Sea, also know as Apulia in English. The Mediterranean influence of warm summer days and mild winters results in elegant, rich and perfumed wines.
Taste
Perfumed, elegant and spicy fruits with hints of graphite and strawberry atop a spicy, fruit driven body with medium levels of tannin.
Enjoy
The wine is at its peak now, and is best enjoyed either on its own or with grilled meats, salami and grilled vegetables.
