Origin
The sloping Montello Hills in the Veneto region, North of Venice allow for extended ripening times for Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Techniques and winemaking from Bordeaux are utilised to produce an IGT wine retaining quintessential Italian character.
Taste
An intense and perfumed nose of red and black fruits, cassis, tobacco, oak and signs of development, with subtle hints of leather, earth and cigar-box. Rich and concentrated fruit with a long finish.
Enjoy
A fantastic wine for drinking now,will develop over the next two years. An excellent accompaniment to red meats, casseroles and roasts.
