"Fresh nose, showing its oak but with crisp, enticing, crushed-cherry fruit. The palate is pure and fine-boned with a fine thread of acidity and light tannins. It's still a little bit unformed, but give it another 6 months and it'll come together more. It's not cheap, especially for young vines, but the estate is biodynamic and ferments are done with native yeasts. A domaine to watch.
