    A delightful change!

If, like me, you're a big Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc fan you probably find most other whites you're offered are disappointing - I find most are either fat or lacking in flavour. So it was a real surprise to find this - a complex, interesting wine, dry but fruity - and all for less than £10. Highly recommended.

    A lovely Gruner

A fragrant and refreshing white, with excellent varietal flavour (and what a wonderful, versatile variety it is). I hope Majestic will also explore other Austrian wines, including the wonderful Gelbermuskateller and reds like Blauzweigelt.

    Excellent !

I know this wine from Vienna and am delighted to be able to get it here. Being a 'Federspiel' it's the next step up from a regular AOC (or DAC in Austria). Beautifully balanced taste, dry with subtle fruits, delicious - goes with everything. 5 stars.

    Perfect summer drinking.

This wine has a pronounced aromatic nose with a fresh, mouthwatering 'zing' on the palate. Generous concentration of lemon, lime and pineapple fruits with an elegant length and a subtle white pepper finish. Very good value - offering much more 'oomph' than a mediocre Sauvignon Blanc at a similar price.
