Origin
Argento means silver in Latin and is often used in Argentina to refer to a thing or a person that is quintessentially Argentine, like this Chardonnay. Produced in the high vineyards of Tupungato and Agrelo, it has enjoyed optimum sunshine and excellent terroir.
Taste
A light gold in colour exuding apples, peach and pineapple fruits with enticing hints of vanilla and spice. A bright crisp acidity lends a clean and refreshing finish.
Enjoy
Enjoy chilled on its own or with lightly spiced mediterranean foods.

    Very drinkable

I am only just discovering what wine is all about so no expert. I have recently realised what oaked means after having some Argentine wine - Terrazus, I think which was very oakey and I enjoyed it. Having said that it's not something you can drink all the while and the level of oakiness in this one is is just enough not to be overpowering so I would say it's a good half way house between non oaked and very oaked - enough body without being intense. Will order again.
