Origin
A historic house in Margaux, with its roots in a 14th-century estate named after noble house of La Bégorce. The estate has 30 hectares of vines on a sand, gravel and silt-based vineyard, with an average vine age of around 25 years.
Taste
A mature, medium-full bodied claret, with the classic Margaux hallmarks of dark crimson fruit overlayed with savoury, earthy flavours. Dry tannins are matched by taut acidity.
Enjoy
Drinking well now. Best served with roast lamb or beef.

    Godd value proper claret

    An very good value wine for the price. Greatly enjoyed with rib of beef on Christmas day. Clean and ready to drink.
