Origin
From selected parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia, the Pinot Grigio grapes are whole-bunch pressed to retain maximum flavour, then fermented for around 7-10 days at temperatures of 15-18ºC for freshness.
Taste
Very pale straw-gold in colour. The nose is delicate and full of soft fruits, such as white peach, melon and pear, with a blossom-like lift. Light, dry and refreshing on the palate.
Enjoy
Versatile and food friendly, this wine is ideal with all seafood and fish, and with mildly spicy Asian cuisine.
