From one of Marlborough's best known wineries comes this zesty, fresh Sauvignon. Alive with the intense aromas of gooseberry, guava and passionfruit. The palate is well balanced with mouth watering acidity and mineral grapefruit flavours leading into a long finish of remarkable intensity.

"Crisp apply aromas lead to palate with citrus lift but also quite a dose of commercial sweetness which will no doubt have a wide appeal – for us a jot too much. Still, there’s no denying that this is an easy drinking New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Score: 87/100"

Well `White Hills Cheapskate wasn`t wrong to wait for the 2009 offering. A Sauvignon Blanc with so much more flavour than some of the more expensive NZ varieties. I`ve recommended this to so many people in store. What a bargain !

A cut above the avreage SB, but not up to last years offering. The '09 is imminent and could be better.

Agree with the previous reviewer, a snip at £5.99. Classic NZ sauv blanc, easy drinking.
