Fermented together to give harmony to the blend, the Syrah and Viognier grapes, from very low, concentrated yields, were not oak aged to allow the full flavours of the fruit to show through. The nose shows aromatic Viognier notes of violet and bergamot, which combine with characteristic Shiraz red fruit flavours on the palate.
