Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir produces deliciously smooth wines with ripe silky tannins and juicy red summer fruit. Although it is famed for producing the red wines of Burgundy, and in particular, the Côte d'Or, Pinot Noir is now widely cultivated outside of Burgundy, in regions that mirror its cool growing conditions, such as Central Otago, New Zealand, the Yarra Valley, Australia and Carneros, California. Pinot Noir's invaluable contribution to Champagne must also not be forgotten!

The Epenottes starts with an intriguing nose, ripe strawberries with a hint of savoury character which brings a little complexity. On the palate it displays a round, soft texture enveloped by very tight, fine-grained tannins.

This Chambolle displays vibrant fruit on the nose, followed on the palate by juicy black fruit and freshly crushed raspberry on the finish. The tannins are firm yet silky and this will age very well. Drink 2012 - 2016.
